This cheerful couple brought California's sunshine into our kitchen. They are easy going and talkative, the laughter never stopped during the course. For the menu, they listed dumplings, four herbs soup, pickle cabbage salad and luwei (braised food in master stock) four traditional dishes. They paid close attention to every detail and implemented each step precisely. They even carefully cut the braised egg into a beautiful zigzag shape for better presentation. The time with them was joyful, we hope their friends will enjoy the Taiwan flavor as much as they do.
