MENU BY LIST/ MENU BY REQUEST (PRIVATE CLASS )
NTD 3150 UP/ PER PERSON (4-5 hours)
The Private Class is for people who prefer to cook privately and like to select their dishes by themselves. We have listed 3 menus to choose from. Please note that only one menu can be chosen per class, so select the menu that is best suited to all tastes in your group.
Should you wish to have other dishes included in your class, kindly select your additional choices from the same menu. Each additional dish will be charged at a rate of NTD 1200 - 2000 pp per dish depending on the dish chosen.
We also offer non-menu requests, if you like to cook dishes that aren't on our list or would like to pick dishes from different menus or categories, please let us know your dish request and we will do our best to tailor a class for you.
CLASSIC MENU

THIS MENU INCLUDES AN APPETIZER, SOUP AND MAIN COURSE. IT IS MADE UP OF A COMBINATION OF THE MOST POPULAR DISHES EATEN DAILY IN TAIWAN.
Please select one dish from each category to make up your menu (one appetizer, one soup and one main). Additional dishes can be selected from the CLASSIC menu options and will be charged at NTD 1200 per dish per person.
FEATURE MENU

IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO CHALLENGE YOURSELF, THIS IS THE MENU FOR YOU. THIS MENU INCLUDES A SOUP AND A MAIN DISH. THE DISHES ARE MORE COMPLEX AND REQUIRE MORE TIME AND SKILL TO PREPARE.

HEARTY MENU

IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR STIR-FRIES AND FEAST MEALS THIS FOUR COURSE MENU WILL BE FOR YOU. THIS MENU INCLUDES ONE APPETIZER, ONE SOUP, ONE MAIN AND ONE SIDE DISH.

BEITOU TRADITIONAL MARKET TOUR

The most historical traditional market in Taipei. To add this one hour tour with your class is only NTD 600 per person, it also includes Taiwanese traditional breakfast for everyone to try.
As the market is a morning market, it will only be available with our 9 AM. morning class. The start time is 7:30 AM.
The market tour is only available for a maximum of 4 people per tour. Also please note the market is closed on Mondays and some holidays.
