The Belgian traveler
We had the pleasure of cooking for a Belgian traveler, currently living in the US. He has a great deal of passion for cooking and chose dishes that required a higher degree of skill and difficulty to prepare. He was very comfortable in the kitchen and had great knife and cooking skills. We wish him all the best on his continued travels and hope he learns a lot more about Asian gourmet cuisine. We sincerely hope to see him again in the future should he visit Taiwan again.
