First Cooking Class Experience

We were very happy to host a young lady from Montreal in Canada and had a fun time cooking with her. In order to attend our cooking classes she traveled about 4 hours from Tainan to Taipei and back again. She was working on an internship / further education study in Taiwan to assist in advanced laboratory experiments in the medical research field. In her spare time she also participated in various outdoor activities and excursions. She felt that nothing could be more interesting than bringing the taste of Taiwanese cuisine back to her hometown to share with friends and family. We also thank her for sharing the history of her hometown with us during the cooking class. It was her first cooking class and we sincerely hope that she enjoyed herself. Her kind words on our Facebook page and TripAdvisor is very much appreciated. We hope all her friends and relatives in Canada enjoy her Taiwanese cooking.
