Barista from Korea
We met a dignified and generous Korean lady from Busan, this was her first time visiting Taiwan. She chose some vegetarian and seafood dishes as she hasn't consumed meat for over a decade.
She had very good knife skills, we finished preparation in a short time.
We had a very good chat, she showed us some very interesting pictures about her work. The coffee corporation she works for imports beans from overseas but they also farm coffee in korea. She also explained the procedure of coffee tasting. We were impressed how professional they are.
We never knew Busan was just a 2 hours flight away from us, we can't wait to plan a trip there and try her master coffee making.
