The Asian Cuisine Lover from Poland

We hosted a fun cooking class for a very talented and easy going gentleman from Poland today. He is a film producer and also runs a private travel agency. He loves oriental flavors, likes to learn different Asian countries' cuisine and often cooks for family and friends. He said in his country, people enjoy more gathering at home than in restaurants.

Cooking with him was very easy and relaxing.

He knows in cooking you can not just follow recipes, the most important thing is understanding the key elements and seasoning in the dish and learning skills from demonstration.

As he told us, more Polish are interested visiting Taiwan now, we hope he will be in town again soon and introduce the beauty of Taiwan to more people in Poland.
