The spark of two authors meet
We met another cooking lover today, a world traveler also. He completed his university studies in Japan and has lived in Tokyo since he graduated. He found our Taiwanese Lo mei (braised dishes), beef noodle soup and Pao cai( pickled cabbage) menu to suit his taste. He loves to put them into his dinner party menu for his friends to try. He also writes a blog related to his cooking experiences. His class was viewed by another food writer/researcher doing some research for an interesting book looking at Asian cuisine and influences.
