Cooking Class Layover
We had a lovely student join us from Hong Kong while here on a short holiday break. She works as cabin crew for one of the major Scandinavian airlines and as such is used to traveling around the globe enjoying different cultures and their cuisine. With a great passion for cooking she was impressed with the freshness and abundance of ingredients available for cooking here in Taiwan. We hope she continues to improve her cooking skills and that she gets plenty of time for more joyful cooking in between flights.
