How sweet of this kind and friendly Israeli lady to give us the famous middle east sauce Tahini as a gift! We are truly touched by her thoughtfulness. We have learnt and shared a lot of things, ideas and opinions from each other. For a food lover, it is interesting to know how our guests think about cookery. We both think cooking is just like painting, like doing experimenting and a way to reduce stress. We can not wait to see how she can create a fusion with Middle Eastern and Asian cuisine!
