The Beauty of Western Cuisine

A lovely couple joined our cooking class a while ago. They are professional photographers, running a well-known and successful wedding photography business in Taiwan. They travel often, and have a strong interest in cooking and camping activities.

The menu for the class was one they specially requested and proposed. It was a three-course set menu including Porcini cream soup, seafood risotto Milanese and finished with crème brûlée.

To better know western ingredients and to learn how to use herbs were the focal points of this class, also the cooking methods and presentation.

They were very attentive in the course and enjoyed the learning process.

At the end of the course they told us they cannot wait to cook and share those dishes with friends when they go camping next time. We really enjoyed our cooking time with them and hope to see them again soon.
