We recently hosted a mother and daughter for a mixed combo cooking and baking class. The daughter is a recently qualified dermatologist, so had some time for a family trip before starting her career. She has an interest in baking and chose to bake traditional Taiwanese pineapple cakes during her lesson. Her mother has more of an interest in cooking and chose to prepare our popular dumpling menu to prepare during class. They really enjoyed the different flavors and tastes of their dishes and we wish them all the best on the rest of their family holiday.
