The Macau flight attendant
She is originally from the Philippines and visited Taiwan on a trip with her brother. She has an interest in very traditional Taiwanese dishes and her menu choice reflected this. She has joined many other cooking classes in different Asian countries she has visited and was happy to add Taiwan to her collection of completed cooking classes. We had a fun time cooking with her and hope she can continue to add to her cooking class journey.
