The Russian gentleman

We had the pleasure of cooking with our first Russian client. He was not very confident in English, so was joined by his Russian colleague who lives in Kaoshiung most of the time, but had some free time to enjoy our class and act as translator for our Russian student. He enjoyed his business trip to Taiwan and also loved learning about all the different nuances of Taiwanese cuisine. We wish him all the best and hope he can emulate the dishes he learned about in Russia with the ingredients available to them there. We hope to see him again the next time he visits Taiwan.
