Her family runs a restaurant near Manilla and her trip to Taiwan was part charity conference for Lion charity group, and part research to introduce some Taiwan inspired dishes into their restaurant menu. She had a great deal of passion for cooking and loved to see the fine details and difference between the cooking Taiwan has to offer and that of the rest of Asia. After the cooking class she enjoyed our optional Tamsui tour. She enjoyed all the old cultural amenities Tamsui has to offer like the old Fort, along with the beautiful harbor views. We hope she is able to introduce some of the dishes she learned about to their customers back in the Philippines and that they enjoy it as much as we do.
