Recently we received two students from South Africa. They work in the same company and decided to be travel companions as they took a trip to Asia. They chose some of the more difficult dishes we offer on our cooking class menu. Their menu included beef stew, handmade noodles, freshly made fish balls, pickled veggies and stir fry, to name but a few. They were not afraid of any of the preparation processes and were very patient and active in the whole preparation process. The time to cook with them was very happy and joyful. At the end of the course they also seized the opportunity to visit the Tamsui Old Street area before returning to the city. We thank them for a wonderful cooking class and for choosing us to be part of their Asia trip experience.
