Kyoto Ladies

We were delighted to host three lovely ladies from the Geisha’s home city, Kyoto. They joined our cooking program on the last morning of their trip and specially enrolled in our holiday traditional market visiting tour.

Before we started the cooking course, we first visited Beitou traditional market. They were deeply attracted by the local fresh greens and vigorous vitality of the traditional market. They also tried and loved our local breakfast after the market tour.

In the class, they were very concentrated and wrote down all the detail notes.

We are glad they enjoyed the unique flavor of Taiwan cuisine and were able to put our course into the last day of their journey.

We thank them for the wonderful cooking time together and hopefully we will visit them in Kyoto soon.
